All our equipment is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of receipt of the order.
Of course, if you want to make use of the 12 months guarantee you must inform us at the time of receipt of the equipment of the date of receipt.
The warranty covers the replacement of damaged spares. You simply email us and we will airmail or courier the spare part to you. Shipping will be for your account.
In the case of major faults on Industrial Equipment we will carry the labour costs for the repairs but only after consultation with you and the prospective repair technicians and only after a full quotation has been obtained listing the cause of the problem and the cost for the repairs.
Please note that normal wear and tear as well as consumables are excluded from our guarantees
