Refunds are given at the discretion of the management and can take up to 30 days to be executed. In all cases where goods are returned the cost of shipping such goods are for the account of the client.
Orders cancelled by the purchaser for any reason whatsoever are subject to a 15% handling fee to cover bank commissions and administration costs.
Orders that have to be refunded due to order duplication by the customer are subject to a 10% handling fee to cover bank commissions and administration costs.
Return Policy
Equipment may only be returned under the following conditions.
- Returns will only be considered within the first week after delivery.
- The customer is responsible to ship the return at their cost and in its original packaging
- If free shipping was part of the original purchase the customer is liable for the cost thereof.
- All items returned must be in a brand-new and unused state
- Upon delivery to us the goods will be checked for compliance with the above terms.
- Any refund will be made less 15% to cover bank charges and admin costs
