Description
It originates from Northern India where it is very popular. The dish gets its name from the clay oven (Tandoori) in which it is baked.
The recipe we give you also has a variation to make a Tandoori Chicken Masala.
Tandoori Chicken is normally served with a long grain rice such as Basmati and topped with roasted slivered almonds.
