Hello Biltong Team, hello Lo!! Good news from Germany. I have made it!! I can´t believe it, it works! I have made my first biltong ever! Far from Africa after 3 days my first production was finished. OK, I used a little bit to much spice. But I will learn by doing. The meat (beef) I used in Germany is called Rinderbratenfleisch. Good quality and a good taste. Yesterday I started my second attempt. Ooh I´m so happy!! You know, biltong was my food as a child in Africa. Uncles and grandfather produced it on their farm. We left Namibia when I was 10. Since that time I have eaten it just a few times. But time of suffering is over now! Thanks to the BILTONGMAKER!
