Hi Lo, I thought that I would let you know how the biltong was that I made with Worchestershire sauce....... It was wonderful! Maurice my husband and I enjoyed it very much. But my youngest daughter preferred the one I make without the sauce. Next time I will try the one using red wine mixed with the vinegar. My usual recipe I use is so simple and easy to make, and a great success. But I do like to experiment. It was also the first time that we have ever frozen a batch of biltong. Wonderful idea. We froze it while just a little bit red and soft inside. Now we have a never ending supply. I love your web site, and it really makes me homesick...........even though I left South Africa 27 odd years ago.
