Description
This is a Créole-style seafood curry in a spicy tomato sauce. Créole cooking hails from the West Indies and Spanish America and has as its main ingredients tomatoes, onions and peppers.
The word Créole is derived from the French “créole”, the Spanish “criollo” and the Portuguese “crioulo” which means “slave born in his master’s house” This dish is also excellent when served cold!
