Full tracking is possible via the courier services provided you have given us your email address and local (South African) contact number.
For international orders shipped via the regular Postal Services
Yes, tracking is possible.
Just like any parcels shipped via the normal Postal Services from anywhere in the world, you can track your parcel up to the last point in South Africa and then again once it has arrived in the country of destination and has been logged there!
This logging does not always happen and parcels cannot be tracked and are simply delivered.
The Australian Postal Services are one of the very few countries that have no tracking for foreign incoming parcels. All one can do is to wait till the parcel arrives.
