The ""BILTONG BUDDY"" is made of a rigid PST (Food processing approved plastic/perspex). It works on both 110 and 220 volt and is fitted with a standard moulded EU 2-pin plug for which small little adapters are available anywhere in the world.
It is of course completely silent during operation (no fans etc). The HBM comes complete with all accessories, a comprehensive instruction booklet and even some sample spices to get you going on your first batch!!
It makes a very smart addition to your kitchen and you can make up to 2 kg of biltong or wors (sausage) at a time!!
